  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern the use of the Service and form the entire agreement between You and the Company.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

The Service, or some parts of the Service, are available only with a paid Subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the Subscription plan selected at the time of purchase.

At the end of each Subscription period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal at any time through Your account settings or by contacting the Company.

You will not receive a refund for fees already paid for the current Subscription period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period.

Billing

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing information, including full name, billing address, postal code, telephone number, and valid payment method details.

If automatic billing fails for any reason, the Company may issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment within the specified timeframe.

Fee Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at its sole discretion. Any fee changes will take effect at the end of the then-current Subscription period.

The Company will provide reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to allow You to terminate Your Subscription before the change becomes effective.

Continued use of the Service after the fee change takes effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified fee.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licencors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of Canada and foreign jurisdictions.

The Company’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if You breach these Terms.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to Your use of the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update Our Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Service and become effective when published.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
